Absolutely! We offer wood and fabric samples on our site here. The price of your samples can be deducted from your order at checkout with a discount code. Sign up for our email list to get the code.

It varies by piece. Each product page lists the wood, finish and construction in the Overview tab, with exact measurements in the Dimensions tab.

Our pieces are finished with a high-durability finish that is completely inert and non-toxic once it has fully cured. While the finish goes through a standard off-gassing process during finishing, it is entirely safe for your home and family by the time it arrives at your door.

Close, but not identical. Every piece is cut from real boards, so grain, knots and color vary from piece to piece. That's part of what makes yours one of a kind.

Most of our beds have a solid platform that supports foam, latex, hybrid and innerspring mattresses. The Rampart and River beds have slats about 9.5" apart: innerspring and hybrid mattresses go right on top, and an all-foam mattress needs a bunkie board.

Our beds are built to handle significant weight and are reinforced with a strong slat and center support system. While we don't list an official weight rating, they are crafted to support both the mattress and multiple sleepers without issue.

Yes. Most of our pieces have several matching pieces. Look for the "Pairs well with" section on each product page. If the finish name matches, the finish matches. If the finish name is slightly different (e.g. "Weathered Railcar" vs "Railcar - Rough Sawn"), the two pieces are complementary rather than exact matches.

Everything we make is built to order, so lead times change with the season. Each product page shows its current estimate right under the "Add to Cart" button, and we'll email you updates along the way.

Pieces in our Quick Ship collection ship faster than our standard made-to-order lead times. The current estimate is shown under "Add to Cart" on each piece.

Yes! Shipping is free on everything we make, anywhere in the continental U.S. Most pieces include free white glove delivery.

Most pieces are delivered by our white glove delivery partner. They'll call or text you to schedule a delivery appointment, then bring your furniture into the room of your choice. A few of our beds ship free by FedEx in flat packs instead. You'll get tracking by email, and no appointment is needed. Each product page shows its delivery method right under "Add to Cart."

Our delivery team schedules a time with you and carries each piece into the room of your choice. If the room is ready, they'll fully assemble your furniture. If your old furniture hasn't been removed yet, they'll place the new pieces in the room instead, so it's best to clear the space before delivery day.

With white glove delivery, our team carries each piece in for you. Our flat-pack beds ship in sections designed to move easily up stairs and around corners. If you have an especially tight space, send us your measurements and we'll check before you order.

At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

We don't currently offer in-person pickups. Our workshops are busy production spaces and aren't set up as retail storefronts for customer visits. The good news is that shipping is completely free within the continental U.S., and we'll deliver your furniture right to your door so you don't have to worry about the heavy lifting.

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we're unable to offer returns or refunds after purchase. That said, if anything arrives damaged or not as described, we'll make it right — just send us a message and we'll take care of you.

Yes! Through Shop Pay and other standard Shopify payment options, you can split your purchase into installments at checkout. This makes it easy to get what you love now and pay over time.

We don't currently have a trade discount available, but we'd be happy to offer you our $100 off + free shipping (white glove on most pieces). If you are placing a bulk order, feel free to reach out, and we'll see if we can offer you a slight discount on your order.

Yes, we're happy to work with you to time your delivery. Just leave a note at checkout and message us to let us know your preferred window of delivery.

We begin production shortly after orders are placed, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Dressers, chests and nightstands arrive fully assembled. With white glove delivery, our team assembles the rest when the room is ready. Our flat-pack beds are designed for easy assembly with minimal tools, and most customers say it was easier than expected.

For our flat-pack beds, a drill is highly recommended for the easiest assembly experience. We provide the corresponding drill bit and a complimentary wrench, so you'll be fully equipped to put everything together.

Dust regularly with a soft cloth and clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives to keep your finish looking its best.

We don't have a showroom or offer in-person visits at this time. However, we do offer a sample kit so you can see and feel the wood and finishes in person before ordering.
