The bed frame is beautiful! We didn't know how to find the instructions using a QR code on the hardware box. But, once we figured it out, the instructions were clear. I might recommend an extra support rail as there is only one main support. Fast turnaround from start to finish and absolutely amazing communication!

I slept in the bed for five days before writing this review. The bed doesn't squeak at all, and it provides firmer support than the metal bed frame I previously used. Assembly instructions were easy to follow; parts were clearly marked and all the needed hardware was present. I got the frame-attached headboard, which attaches quite solidly to the bed frame.
The bed arrived on time, and Marcus was very responsive and answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. If I had other bedrooms to furnish I'd purchase my bed frames from Danner Furniture.
I chose the acacia wood for its warm tones, which allow it to coordinate with a variety of colors.

Item shipped in a timely manner. The directions were very clear, though even when I read something wrong, they responded very quickly with advice and a solution. The quality of the bed is excellent and setup was fairly quick with all the tools provided and extra hardware (always appreciated).
