Our pieces are finished with a high-durability finish that is completely inert and non-toxic once it has fully cured. While the finish undergoes a standard off-gassing process during application in our shop, it is entirely safe for your home and family by the time it arrives at your door.

Yes, our beds are designed to support all mattress types, including foam, latex, and hybrid mattresses.

Our beds are built to handle significant weight and are reinforced with a strong slat and center support system. While we don’t list an official weight rating, they are crafted to support both the mattress and multiple sleepers without issue.

We can do that for some of our pieces! Just send us a message, and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate your request.

Most of our pieces are designed to ship in flat sections, making them easy to move through standard doorways and stairs. If you’re concerned about tight spaces, our Live Edge Rampart bed is a great option for getting around tight corners.

We currently offer limited matching pieces on our site. If the finish title matches, that means the finish should match. If the finish title is slightly different (e.g. "Weathered Railcar" vs "Railcar - Rough Sawn"), that means the two pieces will work together as complimentary pieces rather than exact matches.

Yes! Shipping is free on everything we make. If it's in the store, it'll ship free to your door or curbside.

We ship via several different carriers. Most of our pieces ship ground parcel, and you’ll receive tracking information and a notification email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your home. Some of our larger pieces ship freight.

At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

We don’t currently offer in-person pickups. Our shop is a busy production space and isn’t set up as a retail storefront for customer visits. The good news is that shipping is completely free within the continental U.S., and we’ll deliver your furniture right to your door so you don’t have to worry about the heavy lifting.

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds after purchase. That said, if anything arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right—just send us a message and we’ll take care of you.

Yes! Through Shop Pay and other standard Shopify payment options, you can split your purchase into installments at checkout. This makes it easy to get what you love now and pay over time.

Yes, we’re happy to work with you to time your delivery. Just leave a note at checkout and message us to let us know your preferred window of delivery.

We begin production shortly after orders are placed, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Our furniture is designed for easy assembly with minimal tools required. Most all of our customers say assembly was easier than expected.

A drill is highly recommended for the easiest assembly experience. We provide the corresponding drill bit and a complimentary wrench, so you’ll be fully equipped to put everything together.

Dust regularly with a soft cloth and clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives to keep your finish looking its best.

We don’t have a showroom or offer in-person visits at this time. However, we do offer a sample kit so you can see and feel the wood and finishes in person before ordering.

We build all of our furniture in Colorado Springs, CO, and ship across the continental U.S.

Each piece is handcrafted by our small team of skilled woodworkers in Colorado Springs. We take pride in every detail from start to finish.
