Absolutely! We’re happy to customize the headboard height—just message us before placing your order so we can set this up for you.

Most of our pieces are designed to ship in flat sections, making them easy to move through standard doorways and stairs. If you’re concerned about tight spaces, feel free to ask us for packed dimensions.

Yes! Shipping is free on everything we make. If it's in the store, it'll ship free to your door or curbside.

We ship via UPS Ground, and you’ll receive tracking information and a notification email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your home.

At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

We don’t currently offer in-person pickups. Our shop is a busy production space and isn’t set up as a retail storefront for customer visits. The good news is that shipping is completely free within the continental U.S., and we’ll deliver your furniture right to your door so you don’t have to worry about the heavy lifting.

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds after purchase. That said, if anything arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right—just send us a message and we’ll take care of you.

Yes! Through Shop Pay and other standard Shopify payment options, you can split your purchase into installments at checkout. This makes it easy to get what you love now and pay over time.

Yes, we’re happy to work with you to time your delivery. Just leave a note at checkout and message us to let us know your preferred window of delivery.

We begin production shortly after orders are placed, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Our furniture is designed for easy assembly with minimal tools required. Most all of our customers say assembly was easier than expected.

A drill is highly recommended for the easiest assembly experience. We provide the corresponding drill bit and a complimentary wrench, so you’ll be fully equipped to put everything together.

Dust regularly with a soft cloth and clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives to keep your finish looking its best.

We don’t have a showroom or offer in-person visits at this time. However, we do offer a sample kit so you can see and feel the wood and finishes in person before ordering.
